Returns and Exchanges

We’re sure you’ll love your purchase from Bingley Jewellery but if you need to return it please contact us within a week of receiving your item to notify us of your intention and request a returns number.

All items should be returned to us in their original packaging within 14 days. We recommend returning your items using Special Delivery as we cannot take responsibility if they are lost or stolen in transit. Postage costs will not be refunded unless the item is faulty.
