18ct white gold claw-set seven stone sapphire and diamond round cluster pendant. The centre brilliant-cut diamond is surrounded by six smaller round blue sapphires and is set with a open work bale top. This very pretty pendant is set on a 9ct white gold fine flat curb chain which measures 18″ in length.
